• Functional specifications for the application constant upgrading, in various countries and different populations  (Refineries, gas stations network – commerce and maintenance -, e-booking)
• Tests scenarios design and delivery
• Users support Team creation and management (>2000 users) in French, German and English for the European deployment
• Functional Administration (Organizational structure, PO change and deletion)
• Processes monitoring and maintenance (PO, POR, IDOCS, cost Assignments, contracts items) with SAP/MM
• Content Management (classification, categories and attributes creation, translation, upgrades) with Requisite
